1. How to Order online?

  1. All of your selected items will be posted in the shopping bag. Any items if you wish to remove them from your shopping bag, please delete them from your shopping bag.
  2. Before checking out, please check your selected items carefully. If you wish to know more about the products, please contact our sales person at 021-7206345/48.
  3. If you are already a member, please log in before you do your purchasing, if not please sign up before you purchase anything.

You will be asked for your e-mail address and a password to register yourself as a customer. Then, the next time you shop with us, we will have your information already stored, and you won't need to input it again.


2. How do I track my order?

Whenever we made any delivery, we will inform buyers through emails with the delivery tracking ID. To check the status of the delivery, please call Mex Barlian Delivery at 021- 6299388 and have your delivery ID ready.

 
3. How to Pay?

  1. To pay for your shopped items, please transfer the payment to either one of our bank accounts:
            - BCA, 
            - MANDIRI, 
            - BNI
  2. Please include your order ID when you are transfering the payment and inform us when the transfer is successfull.
  3. Items Shopped will only be delivered upon the receival of full payment.

4. How do i refund the item?


Unfortunately we do not do refund item, so please make sure you have select the right items before you do the check out.


5. Are the products we sell Genuine?


Yes, every products that we sell are guaranteed genuine and all golf clubs come with warranty.
 
6. How do i exchange the item?

The exchange of an item purchased on Rajagolf.com, involves an easy two step process.
  1. Please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item.
  2. The original item must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Please note that the returned item must be received by Rajagolf in original condition before the exchange item is sent out. New orders are subjected to Raja Golf having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. Please contact Raja Golf at sales@rajagolf.com prior returning your purchased item.


7. How much do we charge for delivery?


Delivery is usually free of charge. However, for areas around Timika, Papua and Irian which are harder to reach, we do charge delivery fee which varies to the areas.

*At the moment, delivery around and nearby Jakarta is not possible due to certain circumtances.

 
8. How long does the delivery take?

the delivery usually takes about 1-2 days. However in some cases it may take longer up to 4 days.


9. How do i cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@rajagolf.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified

10. Are Prices The some during currency fluctuation?

Prices will be adjusted accordingly when currency fluctuates. Please call to confirm.
